Hey Kerry,

Just saw that you've got a journal going, firstly well done on the weight loss so far and secondly another well done for sticking with SW. You look absoultely stunning in ur 2006 pic ..am sure you'll get bk to your best in no time at all.

Today has gone well also... still counting calories... have already had my tea and so far had 1400 kcal.. so enough left for a little snack this evening

Very happy with the way this diet is going so far... and hopinh gor a 3lb weight loss next week

no slimming world is a completely different plan... but I have got bored of it and needed a change..!!

I am still going to my weekly weigh in though cos i think it really helps

Well I am a little disappointed in myself I got myself on the rice cakes lol... they are so moreish!!

Still only had 1900 kcal so its still ok... but I need to do better...!!

Better day tomorrow ....

every1 has lil slips up hun and as long as it was just yesterday ull be fine....its mad just how many calories i was actually having per day i must have round the 1500 mark now but i must of been eating near on 3000 gosh!

Friday 13th March

Well today was a big tester for me as I was hungry and OH wanted something from the fish and chip shop.... Fish and chips is about 1000 kcal per average portion!

Anyway we then decided to go to buddies... which is where I work.. now its not dieters heaven at all lol.. was thinking of having fries and a burger but had chicken breast with salad and a jacket pot so I worked it out to be about 500 kcal! I didnt even have mayo for my salad... which is the proper full fat stuff and lurrrvvveeelyyy

Then I was thinking to have a dessert cos we could have had it as a freebie but I passed on that too...!! Its more to do with the fact I was opting for the healthier stuff whereas before when I plan to go out I decide before I get there... like with SW I would decided before hand that I would have steak and jacket pot etc!!

So have had 1349 kcal today...

Still want to get better as I had 10 chocolate fingers at 30 kcal each which is 300 kcal
and a twirl finger which is 112... and anyone dieting would stay away from the chocolate! Oh well cant do to much to fast and all of that jazz

i no wat ya mran about the eating choclate etc...wen i have a few points left im like oo 2points for sum crisps and 3 points for a creme egg ya kinda feeling like ya cheating cus ya ment to be on a diet...but sound like ur doing good hun and well done for choosing the healty option....tonight was usually our takeaway night ive not stopped thinkin bout chinease all night haha xx
