oh no but this isnt surgury thats y i am considering it....all they do is insert a ballon basically down the throat tube lmao i no good with technical terms haha and then they fill it with saline or watever it is...no cuts no nothing i think u can even have it done under a local and ur even out within a few hours. and its taken out 6 months later. the balloon and the band are diff...the band is open surgury xx

urm yer it does cost a fair bit lmao....but u can get it on finance
but u are talking sum where in the region of 5,000 but u can get it for like half the price abroad xx

u can also get it on the nhs if ur bmi is over 40 or if u meet the nice guidlines which is 40 n over and 35 due to medical reasons....not that ive been doing my research or anything haha xx

Sunday 22nd March

Well today hasnt been to bad although not very good as far as a diet is concerned...

I had 2 slices of toast for breakfast
BLT ligther choices tesco sandwhich which was 275 kcal
then my roast dinner... with apple and raspberry crumble afterwards!!

Im kinda dredding tuesdays weigh in... dont feel as confident as I did last week... but we will see!!

I also walked 5 miles

Im beating myself up cos I have 4 weeks till spain and literally no clothes to wear... and I refuse too buy any of this size!! All my summer clothes are a 12... think I can forget that for now, but I dont and refuse to buy an 18!! I wore a size 16 skirt today but I had to wear a jumper type thing on top... no way will it be ok to just wear it with a strappy top... too much of an overhang
