| Trying to conceive (TTC) Chat Happy BnB Member Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,283 | In a Panic.... Sorry, a bit off the topic but I am in a total panic about my living arrangements. I currently live at home but my mum wants me to move out. The council won't help me as I earn too much, although maternity pay will be pretty rubbish when I am on it. I can't afford to privately rent, with 1/2 beds in London costing at least £700 per month. I am in a complete panic about how I am going to do this and I just want to set up home for me and my baby. I think I am entitled to housing benefit when I am on leave and my pay goes down but that wont happen until I have actually had the LO.  |
