How do you get into doing this? Can you make decent money?

Just looking for something so at least I've got some money coming in...feeling a bit lost at the minute!

Hi hon
http://www.foreverbooks.co.uk

I try and go to mother and baby groups, schools, nurseries, home parties etc. It is up to you how you sell and where. Basically they say anywhere and anyone! You earn comission and can also earn free books for yourself.

I only do this when i have time but there are people who have got in to this to full time with steady income.

Worth looking into.

Ann Summers party plan is good for extra cash. I have done it on & off for a few years. It generally works out between £60-£90 per party you do & its cash in hand xxx

If you like music... http://www.slicethepie.com/ is amazing!

You earn money for rating/giving your opinion on music. Obviously there are rules, you can't just give a basic crap five word review, but it's great to pass the time, and I have made quite a bit of money on there

Basic rundown of what you do:

1/ You go to one of the scout rooms, sit and listen to a song (they last around 3-4 mins, and it's 30 seconds before you can pass your opinion on them)
2/ write your review, give it a rating
3/ submit

You can do this for as many times during a day as you like, the rooms are open 24/7!

The quality, and quantity of your reviews depends on your rating as a "scout", ranging from 1 star through to 5 stars... the better the rating the more money you get per review... for example:

1 star = v0.04 (Vouchers, you don't gain money until your first 50 reviews!)
2 star = £0.05 per review
3 star = £0.06 per review
4 star = £0.07 per review
5 star = £0.10 per review

If you were say, a 3 star scout, and did on average 20 reviews per day, you'd get £1.20 per day... That's for around 1hr 30m work! Might not seem much, but it all adds up! And it's a fun way to make money if you love music

Sorry for the gabble!

EDIT - I accidentally forgot my log in details, so when I signed up again, here's an idea of what you can earn per reviews done (remember you need to do 50 reviews before you earn money):

# Reviewed: 61
# Average rating: 6.23
# Tips available: 1
# Next tip in: 9
# Scout earnings: £0.55 / v5.00
# Accuracy: 83.06%
# Ranking: 4302nd
