Back to work full-time - how do you manage?

I went back to work last week full-time and I don't know how mothers manage it. I am soooo exhausted. I think continuing breastfeeding adds to the exhaustion because I have to add 1-2 hours to my day to punch out the time clock, pump, punch back in several times a day. I can see why a lot of working moms give up on BFing. The coffee only works for awhile. How do you manage???

And I'm a lucky one who's LO only gets up once a night most the time. I can't imagine those who's LO's are up every 3 hours still.

I am kinda dreading it as I will have to work 8:30am till 5pm, but drop Emma off at 7:50 - so be up at 6am. Then collect Emma about 6pm and go home and d all the house work and cook dinner. Then other days OH will get Emma but I will have to go to the stables to see my horse.
OH can gt stuffed if he thinks I will be doing everything I do now when I am back at work - he needs to learn how to feed lo, do the washing, fold laundry, cook dinner etc.

I still do the night feeds, eventhough I think he could do them since I have to go to work in the morning but I don't even ask him because I know it will take him twice as long to get her back to sleep.
