Starting New Job ...

I am starting orientation at a new job tomorrow. I will actually just be a cashier at this place, and therefore doubt I will be given many benefits concerning pregnancy and maternity leave.

I do not know when or how to tell my employers that I am pregnant. They don't know as of now and I do not think it will be a problem unless some unexpected things happen - I am having a pretty good pregnancy so far.

I live in Missouri, USA and I don't know if I have to legally tell them I am pregnant by a certain time or not. I feel really bad for not telling them I was pregnant to begin with but knew I wouldn't get the job if I did. Well, most likely. And I really needed it.

So, any advice?

Hi
Just did a quick search and found this ...
http://www.mypersonnelfile.com/di_pregnancy.php
http://www.dol.gov/dolfaq/go-dol-faq...men&topicid=13
can't see anything about when you have to tell them by - here in the uK we have to let our employer know so many weeks before the due date.
Hope someone can help you
xx
