When your on maternity leave is your maternity pay subject to tax?

Was just being nosy.

nah it's not the 22% mines around £3 which is tax and NI

If thats the case ill be gettin more in for the first few weeks than i will have when im working. But by the time it my turn the rules will probably have changed again

Just remember you have to be earning over £90 a week to qualify to begin with.
