housing benefit


I was just wondering when we moved in to this house we needed the landladys signature for it! do u still need that now??

I don't think you do if you're having it paid into your bank account, not straight to the landlady

I'm not 100% sure though, ring the council and ask them to check

I have applied for housing benefit (although it's STILL not been sorted!) and even though the rent would be paid to me, we still needed our Landlord's signature.

i didnt need it and i rent privately...i just needed my tenancy agreement
