still on the occasional jar at 19 months!

worried sick my tot is a freak!-as one person said to me its not normal to give jars at 19 months

ruby only has a jar if all other food is refused due to teething she gets really bad when teething and id rather see her eat something rather than nothing

other than jars she likes and will eat:

mash fried into patties
sausages
rice salad (boiled rice with "hidden" veggies
pizza home made
sausage rolls home made or bought
french toast
sandwiches
pom bear crisps and organix corn snacks
cereal bars
chicken curry
oven chips
peas
spag bol-especially when in the slow cooker!
naan bread/poppadoms
pitta bread and cucumber with humus
fromage frais
all fruit!

its not a very long list

she doesnt even want to try new things these days

am i the only person in the world still giving the occasional jar at 19 months? as you can see she does like some foods and i obviously make her what she likes and try to add new things too, peas is a new thing she likes.....feel like ive failed at weaning and then people say shes fussy but shes not shes just getting 5 teeth at once very painfully and doesnt like what she doesnt like

xxxxx

I may be speaking out of turn buut I really don;t see the problem with this. I would say your list is quite varied, and she only has jars now and then. I wouldnt worry! xx
