Cheese on toast?


is this ok to give to a 6 month old?

Yes hun. Babies can have cheese from 6 months.

Yes its fine; just watch out for salt content; maybe do just a very fine grating of cheese and look for a lower sodium bread xx

Yep my LO loves it. For a bit of variety try spreading a bit of tomato puree (low salt) on instead of butter and then topping with cheese before grilling....pizza toast My LO and OH love this

i do pizza toast too!! and yep hun from 6 months they can have anything except whole nuts and honey

Another one for pizza toast here too, we add grated apple to it too, even DD1 loves it.

Agree

Some bread for 1 slice have 0.4g salt and that and cheese can easliy add to to 1g or plus

Under 12 months salt intake is 1g per day
