Finger food ideas?

Aaron has finally started eating more solids!

The problem is he now refuses to eat from a spoon

so everything has to be finger foods.

Any ideas for some nutritious and filling finger foods? His favourite thing is rice cakes, but I'm sure they can't be very filling! I particularly need some savoury ideas as he gets quite a few sweet things and isn't too keen on the savoury. Thanks.

beans on toast is great fun, cheese on toast, salad - cucumber, tomatoes etc. bread and butter, fruit, potato waffles, mashed potato, rice crispies.

Kaya mostly eats what we eat, she was also a late starter and only really took to solids about a month and a half ago.

I now & again have started giving her mini pizzas

& today a couple of sausage rolls
