Cauliflour and brocoli cheese

This is one of Ella's favourites and its so simple and easy to make

You need:

Brocoli
Cauliflour
Milk
Cheese
Flour

Boil approx 4 florets of Cauliflour and 4 Florets of Brocoli until they are nice and soft

In another pan heat some milk, cheese and sprinkle in some flour.
(I dont use any set measurements, I just guess!!!!)

Keep heating and stiring until the sauce thixkens

Mash or roughly chop the cauli and Broc and add the sauce

Its as simple as that!!!!!

Ok this one is cheating, but its great to have in when you want to make something quick

Anabell Carmels mini pasta shells for babies and toddlers

Peter rabbit pasta sauce

Simply boil the pasta and add the sauce!

Ella loves this one too!

Chicken hotpot

Havent tried Ella with this yet but I made a load up last night and it tasted lovely!

you will need

1 Chicken fillet
1 Potato
2 Carrots
1 Stock cube
water

Boil the potato and carrots in a pan

Cook the chicken (I did this in the microwave)

Add the stock cube to the water

When the carrots and potatos are soft drain the water and put them back in the pan, add the stock too it and juices from the chicken.

Cut the chicken into small pieces or shred it and add to the rest

Put a lid on the pan and leave to simmer until water has condensed and everything is nice and soft, then simply use a fork to mash it all up for baby!

Ejnoy!

Just thought of another use for the Peter Rabbit sauce lol. If we were having spag bol I'd cook up the mince then set some aside for Ella before I added the sauce for us. Then if you add some Peter Rabbit sauce, a little water and blend you can get the mince down to a smooth consistency. The only time Ella has ever been sick is when she's had mince that hasn't been blended. Add some Annabel Karmel little pasta bits and voila, spag bol I'm trying to get her onto feeding herself 100% now so am in need of inspiration!!

It's a sauce you can get from Boots - you have to use it within 7 days of opening so Ella normally has a lot of Peter Rabbit stuff when we've got a jar open
