Do you give milk with meals?

Hello

As the title says, do you give your LO's their milk at the same time as their meals?! Or do you give them seperately?!

Thanks x x x

I have the same question really. We are 2.5 weeks into weaning Joe and at the moment he's on 2 meals + 5 bottles of 8 or 9oz each. At the moment, he has his food and we offer water, which he won't take Then a bottle straight after.

Is this not right then? Should milk be offered at a completely different time?

Moms need to take advantage of all the milk options available today,Today's dairy case is stocked with low-fat, flavored and single-serve milks -- even fast food restaurants offer single-serve milk chugs with Happy Meals -- and they all offer the same great package of nutrients.

Hi there,

I tend to give them some solids (they only tend to eat a small amount at the moment before getting bored) and then give them their usual milk feed. When their appetites improve for solid food, then I'll try and seperate the two but for now, I'm gonna carry on as I am. They would go beserk if I didn't give them a bottle after eating such a small amount of food. I received a weaning guide in a free goodies pack from Hipp Organic which supports the method that I'm using, although I think it's just down to personal choice, and more importantly what the baby wants because they're all so different
