please help asap :)


whats high in fibre what my 10month old can eat?
i had to take him doctors yesterday and hes got a fissure and a bleeding bum from straining and been told to give him a high fibre diet but dont know what he could have all the GP said was veggie peel and that was it

any help please x

yeah he saidhe got to have high fibre but no too much lol! so im going around in circles not knowing what i can give and how much!

maybe cereal with fibre fortified in it, something like softened bran. xxx

mikayla also had a bleeding bum with her hard stooles and we were told orange juice watered down or even better boiled prunes and give him the juice afterwards..works a treat!perfectly healthy and maybe give it to him 1/2x per week and it should make his tummy feel better.also i found as soon as she turned one and i weaned her from formula to cows milk she went completely regular and normal after going once every 4-5 days so maybe look at switching early or lowering the amount of formula he has and it might help

You could try adding a little bran into his normal food.
