whats your routine now your weaning

how have you changed your routine to fit three meals in?

before weaning bottles were
anywhen between 5am and 7am (her choice not mine)
11am
2.30pm
6pm (bed at 6.30)
9.30pm

i now give breakfast at 9
but what time should i do lunch?
should i push her 11am feed back and give with lunch or keep them separate?
and then what about dinner?

i want to stop the 9.30pm feed and have her sleep through she doesnt wake for it so seems silly me waking her

also do you still offer the number of oz the formula tub says or do you reduce it?

sorry for all the questions just confused with what to do

we don't often stick to our routine but this is what I aim for:

7am - wake and BF
8.30am - breakfast
9.30am - nap
11am - wake and 7oz bottle (often only has 5oz)
12.30 - lunch
1.30pm - nap
3pm - wake and BF
(thinking of putting a snack in here somewhere)
5pm - nap
6pm - wake and BF
6.30pm - dinner
8pm - 7oz bottle and bed

he used to go to bed at 7pm but this gradually got later and he has started sleeping through or only waking once for a small feed, before this he used to wake at 11.30pm and 3am for feeds!

I make up 7oz bottles but he only takes 7 at bed time, as we mix bottle and BF I have no idea how much he's getting so I just let him drink until he's full!

My HV advised that to begin with you should keep milk feeds and food separate and that they will just reduce the amount of milk they take gradually as they eat more meals and snacks.

We don't really do a routine as such as we still feed on demand, and I just give hi solids about 1 hour after a bottle. We're also still on 2 meals a day so maybe it's easier for us? He does occasionally have a snack at about 1pm when I have my lunch but this is a 'moveable feast' lol. All his bottles are 7oz.

So for example, yesterday.
Bottle at 4.30
Awake at 7.30
Bottle at 8.30
Breakfast at 9.30
Nap at 10am for 1+ hour
Bottle at 12.30
Nap at 2.30 for 1+ hour
Bottle at 4.30
Tea at 5.30
Bath, bottle and bed at 6.30
Asleep for 7
Dreamfeed at 10.30

Our routine is:
6.30- wake and bottle
8.00- porridge
8.30- sleep until 10.30 ish
11- water and snack
12- lunch
12.30- sleep- 1 hour ish
Snack and water
3.00- 7 oz bottle
5.30- dinner
7.00- 8 oz bottle

She used to have an 11 o clock bottle but dropped this when she went to three meals a day
