Is it ok to give 'slightly salted' butter?


When I was shopping last week I accidently bought slightly salted lurpak instead of unsalted. I have been giving this to LO but am worried I am doing him wrong!! Is is ok for him to have sightly salted?

i doubt a having it a few times would do any harm at all, but its not ideal as a normal food hope this helps, i would prob get some more and save this for grown-ups

Yeah I agree with soup. Also it's the amount of salt they have over the course of the day that matters (1g until a year, then 2g after that) so if he has very little or no salt for the rest of the day, salted butter isn't going to matter
