Yep, it's got an auto-defrost button I think.... Do I have to defrost it til it's hot and then let it cool?

I nearly always forget to defrost it.. I just stick it in full power for a
mn stir and then another.. Normally I find it's perfect temp, but that's my microwave

i've read that it is safe to heat piping hot and then let it cool x I've had my microwave for years and I'm still crap at getting the temp right!!! So I tend to zap it hot then cool it under water x
