need some ideas with salmon


So Kyle robbed some of Oh's salmon the other day and loved it lol so i went to the fish mongers and got him to cut my 4 salmon "fingers" de-boned and de-skined.

Only problem is now i dont no what to do with them or how to cook them since im not a fishy person infact im proud of my self for going to the fish monger since the smell makes me run a mile lol

Ive got an idea for 1 finger lol Pasta, Sweet corn and some tomatoe mixed together and im guessing i would boil the fish then?

but i still have 3 fingers left

Poppy loves salmon mixed with cheesy sauce and leek or broccoli, she wolfs it down!!x

You know those Heinz baby sauces, i used to buy the meddietereanen (sp) veg one, cook some peppers, courgettes etc, and then add salmon and either some past or rice. Brooke loved that

I poach my salmon in tinfoil in the oven with herbs like dill or sage, and veggies on top (asparagus is nice). Yum! Miss M loves salmon too!!!

I also poach my salmon in tinfoil with drop of water for about 12 mins then make up a watercress and creme fraiche sauce (cook some finely chopped onion in unsalted butter until soft) then add about 1/2 pint of baby chicken stock, add finely chopped watercress (suggest using a chopper or magimix to finely chop it) let it cook for about 5 mins then add creme fraiche or soured cream and cook for another 3 mins or so and add to fish.
