I'm really interested in trying this, but OH and others aren't so keen  The day I decide to start him, when should I give him the food? Ta! |

| Mum (Mom) BnB Elite  Join Date: Mar 2009 Location: Kent Posts: 13,905 | If you start at 6 months, you can give anything that is not too salty or sugary, and no honey or whole nuts. Just offer him some of what you are eating, at a time when he is not hungry or tired.  |
