when did u 1st give LO juice?

jack seem quite constipated just now is it ok to give him i tiny bit of orange juice in his water or best just stick to water and milk? he also doesnt really like water

We have given it oce and Connah hated it but he loves water!
Think it will say 4 months on the baby juices but they have got alot of sugar in them...
I would say stick to water if you can but if LO really doesnt like it maybe try pure orange juice watered down instead? x

We just started giving Grady juice about a week ago... But we do water it down so it's about half and half, I didn't really want him having juice, but he wasn't drinking enough, so I wanted to make sure he was getting enough liquid!

Its better to give pear or apple juice to babies vs. a citrus juice.

i sometimes give alfie pure orange but dilute it 1 part orange 10 parts water ish!!
and only with meals, it does help him with poos!
