REALLY stupid question!!!!


How do u puree an apple?!

Im sitting staring at these apples with NO idea how to puree it!

Can someone please help?! LoL

You first need to cook it,
in saucepan with a small amount of water - basically keep an eye on them, and keep stirring, make sure they don't go dry and burn, then mash up with a fork - or mix with blender.

or steam it, or microwave then mash!

Oh just to add - cook it til its really soft - like falling apart when you touch with the spoon!

If you want to increase the calorie count for whatever reason, just cook in breastmilk or formula instead of water
