Introducing 3rd meal, please help

I started weaning Emma at about 19 weeks, she's now 5 months.

Our daily routine is more or less

7.30 - 8oz bottle
9.00 - Porridge
11.30 - 12.00 - 8oz bottle
2.30 - 3.00 - 8oz bottle
5.00 - Puree (carrot/parsnip/sweet potato etc) followed by apple & pear which she LOVES
6.00 - 8oz bottle

I'd say for all of the bottles she leaves about 1-2oz (don't want her draining them) then for one bottle she'll leave probably about 3-4oz

I want to start introducing food at lunchtime now as she's been having 2 meals a day for 2 weeks now, but I'm not sure how to do it - can anyone advise?

Thanks

Does she need a 3rd solid meal yet? Is she satisfied on the 2 meals and 4 bottles? If so I'd be inclined to leave it a little longer just to make sure she doesn't drop any milk for now.
