Nearly 8 Months, What can I give her?

Sophie will be 8months on the 5th December.

All she has at the moment is Baby Porridge for Breakfast and Puree for dinner. Along with 4 x 5-7oz bottles a day

I want to introduce lunch but what can I give her?
Also should I start making up mashed/lumpy stuff rather than purees for her dinner?

You can give pretty much anything after 6 months. Yes you could start giving her mashed 'normal' food, and lots of finger food for her to practice feeding herself

Phoebe is eating everything we eat now plus 3 or 4 bottles in 24hrs of around 5-7oz. She has been on mashed food since she was about 6 1/2 months but she was weaned early.

I might start her on some Toast fingers at lunch and then some fingers of cucumber and bits like that just scattered around her highchair tray so she can pick what she fancies

Does that sound ok, suppose its a bit of BLW

Yeah that's the way to go about it, just offer it to her and she can decide to eat or not.
