whats the best way?


to cook chicken for the first time?

i'm thinking of doing it next week for her, cos she's getting close to 6m, but i dont have a clue how to do it for her!!

Poppy's first try of chicken was one of AKs recipes - cook cubes of chicken breast with a little onion, then add half an apple, sweet potato and some chicken stock or water and cook for 15 mins. Then blend. She loves it. If you want the proper recipe with amounts and everything, let me know

I steamed Hannah's in 100% fruit juice. It was tender and had good flavor (I ate some of it )

i was thinkin of tryin it with sweet potato cos its her fave so i'll have to give it a go! god, you get your head around one thing, then there's another to get your head round!!
