FANCY /PRETTY sleepsuits etc- N/B for my LOs Hosp Stay

Hi

Sadly my little girl is going to be kept in hospital for birth for heart monitoring and surgery for most likely her first 2/3 weeks

Im on the look out for really pretty/ fancy sleepsuits that I can take with me as opposed to plainer everystyle ones. Am on a limited budget so not looking to spend a fortune, if anyone has anything in good condition, pjs, vests, sleepsuits /outfit {newborn} then pls reply {pics would be great too}

Thanks ladies x

Jacey, you have to bear in mind that its highly unlikely she'll be dressed anyway I'm afraid For the most part when babies are in hospital for surgery they're kept naked. She'll probably have an IV and a few wires here and there and the doctors might not want her bundled up. I don't wanna upset you but don't want you to get your hopes up

Ladies, thanks to everyone who has replied on here or PM'd me, but the likelyhood is that Tegans Mama is correct and my LO will prob just remain in nappies whilst she is in hosp, I had just wanted her to look her best lol xx

Thanks again x

Lol Believe me, I understand that completely My LO was 5 weeks old the first we were allowed to dress her, and even then she could only have one arm in her clothes because she had a longline in her arm that they couldn't disconnect The first time she wore a real outfit she was 7 weeks old and she came home at 8 weeks. All the luck in the world to you and your little girl, I hope it goes great.

Not sure if they only allow you to use disposables in hospital but are you allowed to use reusable nappies? Cos you can get some really cute patterned ones xx
