Really not sure about TTC

Hi Girls

Im in 2 minds about TTC, i have a very stable full time job i work from 8:30 until 4 and have recently started studying to do my degree part time so i will be studying on my own at night!
I have been wanting to TTC for a VERY long time! But now im sure i will handle it!
Work,Studying, cooking, cleaning and still have some me time with my OH and myself!

Im still pretty young so was thinking i should wait until ive finished my studies but its 3 years and i dont know if i can wait that long!!
And i also need to get a car aswell!

I dont know what to do?? Advice please?

My advice would be to wait until you are ready. There is seldom a perfect time to start TTC. If you do not feel ready yet, give it a while. What does your OH think?

Yeah I agree! Im ready but obviously want things to be perfect for my LO! So i think i should finish my studies!
My OH wants a LO now but also in 2 minds because hes just opened his own business and wants it to be properly up and running and also wants to study! So i think it would be better to wait a while!
Thanks for ur advice!

I think that sounds the best. Even if you just wait until you are almost done with your studies, that will only be just over 2 years. Not that long in the grand scheme of things. Wishing you a quick wait!

You're early 20s aren't you?? I would def wait, I'm sure you would get all those things done but I will tell you what it'll cost you- time with your child, or at least care free time. I have nooo regrets about what we did, but I have to somehow fit in doing a masters part time and I have yet had the guts to do it because I am a full time working mum with a husband away, the only time I get time to myself is weekends- which I want with DS, and evenings which I need to just relax!! Trust me, you will enjoy having a child so much more if you get this studying out the way first, more time to dote on your child and not be stressing about homework. Plus it'll give you time to save up for a car. If you were late 20s early 30s I would perhaps be saying something else, but early 20s def get this stuff out the way first of course it's do-able, but I think it'll be more enjoyable for the studying and having a child if you do them separately.
