Luteal Phase shorter for a cycle?

For the last 4 months I know for a fact that my period has came exactly 14-15 days after ovulation. This cycle my period has come 2-3 days early. Is this normal? Shouldn't your LP be the same every month? What does it mean if it is different one month? I got a positive ovulation tests on the 28th and 1st, according to that I should start on the 14th or 15th. Of course I am hoping it is implantation but I know that is unlikely. I don't want to give up on month but I think I have to.

Your LP should normally be the same each month but sometimes things like stress can effect your cycle? Lack of sleep, more exercise, change in diet etc etc the list goes on and on.

Hopefully its a one off hun xX
