Weight Loss before TTC


Ok so mad theory but.....

if i loose a stone in weight now before i get pregnant again will it help me not put too much weight on in pregnancy and make it easier to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight??

i will think so ...i think it's always better to loose before being PG rather than later...i am trying to loose weight as well but i haven't being good at it

Yes I think it's probably a good idea to get in better shape before pregnancy. It will probably help us bounce back quicker after we have our babies! It is so difficult to find the time though! I can find the time for cardio (walking the dog and biking), but having a hard time finding time for strength training!

Nah, it's probably just me being lazy. hehehe

no i am fighting fit after my surgery the plan is to get my ass into gear and get tonned up. i was to be in the position that when i am preganant I can keep excercising, those bits we still have control of without shocking my body too much.

found this that has some good advice for when the special time comes

Yeah, nothing wrong with keeping in shape (ish). Every little helps, core excercise is meant to be good so 'THEY' say. so pilates/yoga
