Question about birth control pills?

My last cycle was January 1st, last Friday 02/05/2010 (CD 36) I started light bleeding so I put down light bleeding on FF which was the start of my next cycle. My nurse told me to start taking the pill on the first day I started bleeding. I took it was soon as I started bleeding but ever since I took that pill that day I haven't seen one speck of blood at all! I've been taking the BC pill for 4 days now and I am having incredible severe mood swings and emotional problems. I already had an emotional problem before I got on the pill but now it has gotten really severe. Me and my husband have been at each other's throats for 3 days now! I had 3 emotional breakdowns in 3 days! I am going to call my nurse today and tell her what is going on after I get off of work today. Do you think I honestly can be pregnant with only bleeding for one day? Or could that be the BC pill that did that??

Hmm to be honest I'm not too sure. I'd test just to be 100%
