Hmm, thought I'd add to this thread rather than starting a new one.

I did something silly. I somehow managed to miss 4 of my BCP. That was 9 days ago. I didn't realise til I got an early period, last Sunday, so I took that day's pill, and the pill from the day before. Now, in the 4 days I forgot the pill, I had unprotected sex with my OH 3 times.

Now, I feel sick all day, I have headaches, heartburn, tender nipples, I'm moody and emotional, I've gone off food, even though I'm starving, I can't bring myself to eat anything, and if I do, I still feel sick. I'm also freezing all the time (including right now. It's 24 degrees C in here, and I have goosebumps) Although, during the night, I'm absolutely melting. I wake up and could sleep again for a week. I'm exhausted even after ten or 12 hours sleep! Do you think it's too soon for pg symptoms to be showing if I got pg in those 4 days?

Just want to know if it's all in my head. Also having the dilemma of whether to take my pill free week (starting this monday) and see if AF shows up, or take my next pack straight away and wait another 3 weeks before pill free break.

Argh.

I'm off to throw up.

wow you sound like you could be pregnant. i wouldnt take the chance and take BCPs until you know either way. you could have a flu but i would see a doc or POS to make sure......

I reckon I'll take my last bcp of this pack tomorrow, then take a week off and see if AF shows up. Bet she will, the witch.

Or do you think I should start taking my next pack as of Monday, and have a break in 3 weeks time? Argh, what to do, what to do.

It's monday, and I've decided to just take my pill free week this week.

I'm now spotting. Hmm. Don't think that's pill-related though because this is only day one of 7 day break.

Also just forced myself to eat something. Have been feeling sick at just the thought of food, have been mega thirsty, and even water was making my stomach feel iffy. I'm also peeing like mad, but I'm assuming thats because of all the water I'm drinking for my raging thirst.

I would def go see a doctor.......

I'll see how I feel at the end of the week. AF is due on Thursday, so, if she shows up, I'll assume I have a bug and will go see the doc.

Spotting is now over. Seems like it was just a tiny bit on TP earlier on. Was brownish and only a small amount when I wiped (sorry if TMI).

I'm now wondering whether these are pregnancy symptoms, or I have a bug of some sort. We shall see.

I do think it may be ovulation bleeding. I dont think a bug would make you spot....mmmm, i am not getting excited for you....but i have a feeling

Yeah, the spotting is mainly what's throwing me off the 'it's a bug' train of thought.

OH is convinced I'm preggers. After I exclaimed 'ouch' when he touched my nipple earlier (sorry if tmi) he decided that I definitely am.

Also, with all the talk of my possible pregnancy, we've decided that if I'm not this time, we're going to start TTC now, rather than 3 months down the line. We literally cannot wait

thats great news. I think there is no time like the present. I am gonna try convince my OH to start this month (we were waiting till may) but I am feeling great coming off my meds so I am thinking we can start sooner rather than later. But i will be ok either way. Dont want to push him too much. one month aint gonna make a huge difference in the big scheme of things.

My OH has problems with his knee (the kneecap is sitting at an angle rather than where it should be) and he's waiting on an op. We were waiting because we figured it would make sense financially to wait til after the op, when he's back to work and on full pay.

He's gone back now though, while he's waiting for the op (albeit just to sit and do desk work, which I'm sure is boring him to tears) but he's on full pay, and when he does get the op, I'm sure he'll be back at work before too long, even if it's just as his desk again (he's a chartered surveyor - he's normally out driving and surveying buildings).

My status this morning:

Well, AF is due tomorrow. I got slight cramping this morning, but not enough to be AF yet. More spotting today (actually more like brownish CM). Last night I had a strange niggling feeling in my right side. Not painful, just slightly uncomfortable, and just plain odd. My stomach's also making random gurgling noises even when I'm not hungry. We shall see tomorrow anyway.
