pain and confusion


So recently i have been getting a pain in my left ovary could that be ovulation? can you still ovulate with no periods? confused!

No, if you ovulate then you WILL have a period about 12 days later. You can have periods without ovulation but not the other way around. When did you get this pain? Why are you sure that you won't have a period? Are you on ceracette? Left sided pain could be ovulation but could also be a mild infection of your appendix for example. If the pain is bad or doesn't go away after a few days I'd get it checked out, just in case.

Thats not true. You can easily ovulate with no periods. I know more than one women that breasfed their babies, never got their periods and got pregnant again and didnt have their AF's come back until the second baby weaned off the breast.

Ok sorry, correction: You cannot ovulate without having a period afterwards UNLESS the egg was fertilised and you miss your period because you're pregnant. And of course you can ovulate without having had a period before but two weeks after ovulation you will either be on your period or pregnant.

Have you found out if it was ovulation shorman? And are you feeling better?
