Question: Coming off BCP

I haven't started coming off BCP yet, but just wondering if anyone else who has come off them felt emotion wise... Did stopping the hormones drastically change your moods? If so, how long did the mood fluxuation last?

It didn't affect my mood at all until AF showed. Part of that was because I'd forgotten how crappy my periods were when not on BCP though.

I was the same as well. Actually, the one blessing is coming off the BC made me lose the awful headaches I had when my period was about to come on.

I felt better off them than on! Didn't notice any emotional change at all, if anything I feel happier now

i think i have been more emotional but maybe thats done to ttc. One thing i did notice was an increase in apetite and ive put a bit of weight on and my boobs have gone up a cup size

My moods were terrible on and off the bcp. maybe a little worse off but I think thats probably just me. I had nothing else change good or bad though except my cycle.
