Hey melbo, I was the exact same in nov last year, I had a self driving car that wanted to go to the clinic, and I really needed a rest so I lay on the couch, and before I knew it, the rod was out!! Seriously though, good for you, hope you are more patient than me though, it is only now that my cycles seem to be going straight, but everyone is different!! Good Luck!! Candice xx

Yeah candice, I had another one removed a few years ago and cycles were pretty quick at returning to normal, about a month if i remember so i just hope now that it wont be too long
