How much do you take? They say 400 for normal women, and more for pregnant, but what about in-between?

I have just been taking 1mg... its tabs i got from the pharmacist specifically for pregnancy. You need to take it at least 3 months before ttc and for all of the 1st trimester, there is no need to take it after that.

Wow me to taking it after my reversal was done 8th october!! have you heard aboout this prenantal vitimin I keep seeing people talking about it and ont know what it is! we are going to start trying feb after my body has recovered I cant wait! Good luck you
