We had one at the start of the year but most of those ladys are now ttc or pregnant. If you want to join ether pm me or post on here how much you want to loose and how much you have allready lost. Update as you loose weight and swap tips and encouragment. You can do it in lbs lost or by your bmi,totaly up to you.

I'm somewhere around BMI 30 (I think) and want to get to 24. Having said that, I have a lot of other stuff going on at the moment and don't want to pressure myself too much, could do without the guilt if I fail.

So I'll try for a few days and once I've got into the swing of things I'll joing you. Deal? And I'll also find out what my BMI actually is before then...

Ok I am going to join you, dont have alot of time before TTC #2 but would like to lose as much as possible. My ideal weight loss would be about 50 lb so lets see where I get too before I get pg.

Updated . Good luck this week ladies. I was naughty last night and had a kabab but iv had 5 hours sleep in about 50 hours so iv probably burnt those calories up lol.

Id like to join - not ready to say the total number of lbs I want to lose, but my first goal is 20 lbs. So far I have lost 12 lbs - weigh-ins on Tuesdays - ww.
