Should i be taking folic acid?

Were not trying but we are using the withdrawl method because OH is to lazy to go get some comdoms. Since its not 100% should i be taking some just incase? People have used this method for years and nothing so i dunno?

Depends when you did it.. was it in the middle of your cycle?

We do it every few days so possibly.

I wouldnt but then again weve only ever used this method so it would end up as a whole lot of folic acid id have taken lol x

Depends how good he is at pulling out. DP is a master at it and we used this method for 5 years and only got pregnant the 1st time we decided not to pull out and have a baby. I.E If your DP is careful then I wouldnt worry. But if you sometimes find yourself wondering whether he did it in time then perhaps start taking some.

Bunnyhop, Im the same!!! 5 years of folic acid? Nay.

The thing is, its most important when you actually are pregnant, the 3 months before just help and give you a boost.

I wouldnt bother with it either.
