I worry ill disappoint my partner by not getting pregnant straight away.

I'm afraid that I won't get pregnant.

I'm afraid that if I do get pregnant my family will be angry because I'm only 19, even though OH and I have been together for 4 years, are engaged and doing well for ourselves.

Im worried when I do get pregnant, it will end in miscarriage.
