Early loss??? :'(

Since Thursday 9 dpo I have been mentioning a bright red spotting. I thought it stopped yesterday, But that has gotten a little heavier and it's still bright res. it's completely different from my AF... It's 4 days early, never happens, bright red, never enough to fill a pad, my cervix is high a firm, it doesn't smell like menstrual, i dont feel menstrual At all, and often there is stringy blood (sorry tmi) and my crams are only on my left side, the same side since 4 dpo. I only feel cramps or a pinch when i stand or walk around. I had pink and brown spotting at 5 dpo, and as soon as I saw that, I stopped taking my birth control that I was only taking for 2 weeks. I have never had sporting after birth control either. I just can't settle with believing that this is my period, but I hear that it's very common for women to mistaken their spotting for AF. Any suggestions I'm very worried. Unfortunately I can't visit the doctor until Monday.

Not sure sorry - birth control can really muck things up do you don't get a clear picture of what is happening.

Thanks for replying. I hear pills messing things up, but it's never happened to me. The spotting during and after the pills never happened. I started my pill 1/1/12 and stopped 6 dpo after the pink spotting

I often get ovarian cysts which can cause spotting an pain like you describe...have you taken a HPT?

I never had issues with going off the pill, or irregular bleeding. Then all of a sudden I would spot half way through my cycle, then I would start AF and then it would go away for 36 hours and come back. It got all messed up out of the blue.

I haven't had an HPT yet. I was waiting until 12 to test.

Wow, isn't that weird? Smh my concern also includes that I have had almost every pregnancy symptom. From sore boobs, gas, twinges, strong smells, night sweats bad sleep... Hmmm then I notice the blood flows more when I am moving walking around etc. otherwise if I stay put there is barely any flow

Was only on bc for 3 weeks and after coming off
It was convinced I was going to get a bfp I had every symptom u
Mentioned even the irregular bleeding which I've never
Had But slowly but surely my body feels like its
Getting back to normal xx
