Labor start naturally? how many weeks?

Just curious who went into labor naturally? @ exactly 36wks labor started for 11hrs then stopped around 3cm and 60% on its own. No contractions since I heard some people have a spell of prelabor a week before delivery any exp's?

Hi, as I've just mentioned in another post, I haven't posted for a while due to having my twins so been a bit busy!
In fact the last time I posted I think I was asking about Pre term labour!
I had regular contractions from 34 & 1/2 weeks and they kept me in hospital to monitor me as they were unsure if it was Pre term labour or an irritable uterus - it turned out to be the latter but I carried on having them right up until 36 & 6 when I went into actual labour naturally (had thought it was indigestion to begin with - oops!) anyway I ended up delivering the morning of 37 weeks exactly and naturally so yes I got signs weeks before but still went on to go into labour naturally and although I had an epidural on recommendation in case of an emergency with twin two, I had a fab delivery!

I have a strange feeling that i will go into labor @ exactly 37wks as my first signs of early labor were @ 36wks we will see what a few more days bring.

I was 4cm dilated and 60% about 4 days before I went into labour naturally at 36+6. But I had no contractions unil 8 hours before they were born.

I had strong contractions for almost 3 weeks and still was only 1 cm dilated when I had my section at 38+3. If they hadn't both been breech I'm not sure how long I would have had to wait.

40weeks..I cried at my last appointment..I was in so much pain, was so tired of not being able to walk, etc...
