any tips or morning sickness from multiple mums??


I am feeling sick as a dog at the moment and so so so washed out i cant managed work.. at best i can lie on the sofa and wretch a lot during the day but thats about it.. HELP!!!

Any ideas.. ive tried the ginger tea and stuff but just not working.. and i dont know what to do....i just cant get anything done...

Any tips from multiple mums how have been there about how they managed??

bananas in the bathroom... basically! its a little trick my sis in law gave me, it worked for her too.

every night before I went to bed I would put a banana in the bathroom, now... you may think this is a silly idea but when I got up to pee in the middle of the night (as a pregnant person often does) I would eat the banana.

When I woke in the morning I wouldnt feel so ill because my stomach wasnt empty and my blood sugar wasnt as low.

It worked for me, try it.

God no, sorry! I had sickness from the 2ww and peaked at about 7 or 8 weeks, was awful and I never managed to find anything that helped Luckily mine has virtually gone now, but I still get the odd day where I feel yuck. Hope it clears up for you soon too. Oh I can tell you what made mine worse though! Creamy foods or high fat/sugar stuff. I love sticky toffee pudding with custard but I ate it one day and felt sick for hours afterwards
