Feeling like crap :(

I'm having a really bad week - pregnancy wise. Im soooo uncomfortable, in pain alot of the time and really really tired and emotional. I feel like my lungs are being crushed and like the skin on my stomach is going to tear from the pressure and im only 21 weeks!! And no matter what im doing, whether lying down, sitting, standing, no postition is comfortable!

Sorry for the moan, but i dont think anyone else would understand who isnt going thru the same thing. Just feeling on a downer this week and just dont know how i'll cope as i get bigger if im already feeling like this at this stage...

Yep it's tough, and I'm sorry to say it doesn't get any easier. I haven't had a proper night's sleep since 15wks. I think cervical stitch just makes the discomfort even more intense as the babies get bigger - hopefully that will come out next week - yey! Very grateful for the fact it has saved this pregnancy tho.

Don't fret hun - twin pregnancy certainly tests your resolve/stamina/sanity, but before you know it, you'll be 34wks and on the home straight xxx

Sweetie, you will have good days, and bad days..Just take it as it comes..If you need to be on the couch all day, do it. Some days, I cant move much..So, I don't..Then, I have good days too..Emotionally too! Just keep going..you're doing great!

I second everything the others have said. Somedays i'm just mentally and physically drained and just feel like i can't go on. I have a 14 month old daughter too so it's really testing everything!
I ate my dinner last night standing in the kitchen, i can sit down to eat as it's just to painful!
Big hugs to you and roll on a good day xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I agree...my days are getting more uncomfortable. I keep changing my mind on when I am going to officialy stop working. I went to part time to help, but the stress of now trying to do my job in three days instead of five is making me more uncomfortable. My belly is so big, my hips are sore, I can't get comfy no matter what position I am in and I am an emotional wreck!! I will be so happy to make it to 34wks and then I will probably be begging to doctor to help me!!! You are not alone!!

Hang in there!!!

I had every pregnancy symptom in the book. I wasn't sleeping, which made everything worse. I was getting really depressed about it all too! My "good days" usually were days that I had gotten a decent night's sleep the night before.

Now that the babies are here I'm still not sleeping - but that is because of overnight feedings - so at least there is a good reason for it!

Take it easy - if you don't feel like moving, try not to. It does get pretty darn uncomfortable towards the end - I couldn't even sit in a comfy chair for more than 60 - 90 minutes at a time. Wound up laying in bed to watch TV a lot. Hubby would come keep me company which was nice.

Good luck to you!

Aww hun I am sorry you are having a hard time, I know some women don't find pregnancy easy with carrying one let alone two. If you need to rest then do it.

So far I am feeling really lucky, although I just can't eat dinner and pretty much just live on whole grain crackers other wise I get horrible reflux but other than that I am doing fine, still exercising, still running about and not uncomfortable, although I can relate to the tight skin feeling and feeling like it is going to just tear open any moment.

I know I have all that your feeling to look forward to, some just experience it earlier than others but I am sure my day shall come.

Chin up hun, moan away and remember your not alone

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time too At least we can be together in our misery Although i have to say, after having my little moan and getting it out of my system i do feel better for it and just remininding myself that as long as theyre ok and dont come too early, i can put up with the discomfort. Really sympathise with the work situation - i was working full time, t (7 - 3.30pm) then coming home to a very active 3 year old. In the end, i found it too much so my GP signed me off work due to the stress of it. Could you not get your GP to sign you off work maybe? Hope it improves for you soon hun xxxx
