split stomach muscle! Lump top tummy bit on left

Does anyone else have a split tummy muscle?. Dr said it is quite normal but it seems to be growing. I hope he is right as it feels a bit weird. I am only 23 weeks...

Don't worry... this is normal in any pregnancy... even moreso multiples

You'll need to slowly build them back up after the birth, but nothing a little regular, gentle excercise won't remedy

Editted to add: it might be worth considering a bump support just to help keep things together now. My gap was over 3 fingers wide after their birth, but the doctors and physio weren't worried.

Hi -I am not having twins, but also have torn/ split abdo muscles -I was given a huge tubigrip from my physio to wear -covers me from under breasts to top of thigh, and it really does help!!

Can imagine it will be really uncomfortable if the climate was hot though

xx
