feel like crap!! Twin pregnancy really takes it outta me

i feel like crap today,my belly feels really heavy i cant stand up for long as for walking pah cant even do that without feeling like i want to collapse!!
If i feel like this now at 15wk 5 what on earth am i going to be like at the end,
its a shame though i have to keep my 5 yr old at home with our 2 yr old because ive just no energy in me to take him to school, well at least i wont need to try n find some clothes what fit,can stay in my loose ones instead....
Any ideas how to buck me up without the use of a rocket attached to my bum

Sorry about my thread!!!!!!!

I have felt dreadful for ages too, an am still having on and off sickness, although the constant vomiting has stopped. My hubby is away this week too, so I am exhausted. I have been sleeping most days while the kids are at school.

Yesterday I forced myself to do some hosuework though, and although I did find it difficult, I actually felt much better afterwards. I doubt I can force myself today though...

I do feel for you, I have never felt so tired in my life, so I have an idea of how you feel.

can totally relate to this - have never felt more exhausted in my entire life.

My dr recently put me on iron supplements and they've helped tremendously.

I really thought that the tiredness would stop like the morning sickness (although i still have bouts but not that often)... people who have only had singleton pregnancies look at me like I'm stupid, it's not fair is it. I can so sympathise. My OH gets very worried and has also offered to come home...I think thats mainly because of the emotional side of it, I get very teary too!!.. Thankfully I am not that big yet.

Take care and let us know how you get on at the midwife.. hopefully she will agree with the iron and it helps a little.

I am actually feeling really good and managing to run about after my 3 older sons. I was tired in the begining but i just made sure I got plenty of rest. I still crash out by early evening as I am go go go all day. I am also 36 so not as young as I once was when pregnant with my boys (in my 20's) I am sure by 3rd tri I will feel tired all over again.

I take a good pregnancy multi and I exercise each morning and i find that gives me the lift i need for the day.
