1 inch growth off my kidney found at 20wk scan!

I had my 20 week scan 2 days ago and my dr phoned me yesterday to tell me the twins were fine although it was found that I have about an inch growth coming off my rt kidney. The dr said it is probably benine but I am still scared, he said we have to watch it to see if it grows. Has anybody had this problem I want to know if it is normal or it is maybe nothing.. I am worried my babies may have to come early if it grows fast and am worried it may be cancer. The dr is doing a proteinurine test on me in 2 days but if that ok he said they will do a scan in mid april this seems so far away to wait.... I have a 1 yr old and know that the lump was not there when I had 20 week scan with him... Should I be worried????
