I got one set of twins and I am shattered how did you do it with two two year olds and two newborns. you need a medal x

I am on my techniqueal on my third set of twins straight after each other. I am a triplet and my youngets son was a twin until 9wks when I suffered VTS (Vanishing Twin Sindrom) and then in July last year I had Indenticial twin girls 15 weeks early and I am pregnant again with twins but this pregnancy started as a triple but one of the babies died at 7 weeks and has left me with what appears to be non-identicial twins.
