Am currently 9w +2 with twins and have intermittent spotting ranging from red /pink streaked cm to pale yellow. I get this maybe once a day or every other day and it's only when I visit the loo. I had a bleed at 8 wks and went for an early scan to ensure everything was okay. However this continuing spotting is stressing me out...... Anyone else experienced anything similar with their twin pregnancy???

I had bleeding twice in my first trimester. It was due to some blood clots. It did take a few days to stop. It scared the heck out of me but everything was ok.

Yep...dealing with this too right now. I have continued to wear a pad/liner just in case. I had a u/s a week ago for spotting scare and babies were fine. Then had another spotting incident this weekend followed by another U/S where they said I had a subchorionic hematoma (a blood postule basically). I am scared about it because I read they can get worse and harm the babies, but I am holding out faith that God will do what's best for the babies!!! Good luck to you....we should keep in touch and help keep each other sane!!!

Oh, and I should add that my spotting has ranged from orange, to pink to bright red streaked, and all usually only when I wipe in the bathroom. I have found a couple of small spots here and there stained on my underwear but not a large amount. I hope it stays that way!!!

LadyPotter, sounds like we're in exactly the same situation! I've never been so anxious in my whole life (not to mention I'm now getting through at least one roll of toilet paper per day with all my trips to the bathroom to check!!).

How's thing going for you all? Still spotting?? Keep us updated! When do you go into the doc again?

My spotting seems to flare up when I exert myself, so I have been taking it easy. Luckily I have a desk job, so that helps. I seem to have some orangey/pink spotting in the morning (maybe from being curled up in the fetal postition all night with my body pillow). But througout the day, not so much (unless I do too much). Hopefully it will stay this way and the hematoma will be healed by my next visit (which is 12/17). Just trying to stay positive and leave it up to God!!

Yep...me too...just had to replace a TP roll in the bathroom this morning! haha..I'm gonna add you as a "friend" here.
