Achy and Paining Bump...Is This Normal??

Hi,

I am having a hard time these days. My stomach feels like it is going to split. There is so much pressure pushing it outwards...I end up trying to hold my stomach to add support to relieve some of this pressure.

Is this normal...I am pg with two boys and currently moving into my 21st week.

How can I relieve some of this achiness??

god I remember that - tbh about 20-24 weeks for me was the worst so far - I dont know if it was stretchy pains or what but eekkk i was really painful. I found sleeping hard too and really achy hips too.

I didnt find an answer I just tried to rest and laid on the sofa on my side a lot.

To give you some light at the end of the tunnel I feel fabulous now at 30+3 and have done for a few weeks now - apart from the tandom kicking lol everything seems to be easier for now. xxx

Yes I had that too! They must be growing at a super fast pace during that time. I felt like my ribs and stomach were about to explode. It was better after 24 weeks. Hang in there!

I felt that from about 24 weeks on......I wish I could say it went away for me. I would occasionally take Tylenol PM so I could get some sleep. Sleeping with a pillow between my legs seemed to help too.

I don't have it, but I hear it's normal, so I am waiting..I feel about 30 weeks along, so I figure it's coming.

I had really achy tummy but that was because I was filling up with amniotic fluid in twin a's sack.......I thought it was the worst feeling ever!

When having multiples, my solution to everything is REST! Put your feet up, drink water and try not to worry (I know, easier said than done). I really feel like we need to listen to our bodies even more than those with singletons. Regardless, resting is not bad for your health!

Could it be Braxton Hicks? I didn't think I was having them until I realized that I was (does tha tmake sense?). Is the tightness constant? More at night? I remember feeling REALLY tight at night. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but I would mention it to your doctor.

Hope that it goes away like the other ladies said. As for me, I'm just getting into the "everything is uncomfortable" stage (and I have 6 more weeks...).
