If you even think you may have postpartum depression, please go and see your doctor and speak to someone. It is definatley not something that one should go through alone, and while taking care of new babies. A better taken care of mommy = better babies

I think I may have, although I am reluctant to go to the doctors. I've had depression before so know what to look out for. I think with twins/multiples it is more likely do to the enormity of having to look after more than one baby.

Tilly and Jasper seem to be going through a really bad crying patch at the moment and it just feels unbearable at times. I know it will only be for a short while so keep holding on to that

If you need anyone to just talk to I'm here... it helps to get it off your chest

I have heard that it's really possible with two..My friend/twin mentor had it, but it did resolve w/o meds..Lack of sleep, twins, feedings, changings, etc...x 2 and it's just going to happen..Make sure you are still taking your vitamins and getting sleep where you can...Loved the pic of the feet on the blog too!

It does get easier. The past couple days have been great! My husband went to work for a few hours today and I managed to tandem breastfeed the girls all by myself! SUPER MOM!! WAHOO!

NICE! I have been wondering about tantum feedings. Hopefully when I go to my breastfeeding class next week, they can show me how.
