It is definatley not something that one should go through alone, and while taking care of new babies. A better taken care of mommy = better babies  |

I've had depression before so know what to look out for. I think with twins/multiples it is more likely do to the enormity of having to look after more than one baby. Tilly and Jasper seem to be going through a really bad crying patch at the moment and it just feels unbearable at times. I know it will only be for a short while so keep holding on to that If you need anyone to just talk to I'm here... it helps to get it off your chest |
