Need a double buggy

Hi ladies,

My DH and I are now trying for our 2nd baby, well I say trying we are in no rush, so NTNP.

My DD just turned 1 on Thursday and I am thinking if I fell quickly which I did with her (2 weeks).

Would I need a double buggy and if so is anyone able to recommend one? If I fell now it would make her about 21 months when LO comes along.

Any help or advice grately appreciated.

xx

I would strongly recommend the Maclaren Twin Techno buggy. Both seats are suitable from birth so you could fully recline one seat for your newborn and have your daughter sitting upright. Also it is very very easy to put up and down, easy to manoeuvure, and not as wide as some of the side-by-side buggies you see on the market, so it will fit through most doorways - good luck with trying x

hi,

my experience is that the Maclaren Twin Techno, Koocki Two Stepper and the likes are great - but..... my 21 month old twins (who are still in 6-9 and 9-12month clothes) are now looking rather squished in there.

I have a Graco side by side (duo sport i think?) which is fab, slightly wider than the above BUT - i can still get it through most standard doorways! Doesnt fold as small but is better to push than the above.

I also have a tandem - dont like! used it once and nope - not for me.

Then i have a 3 wheeler but its designed for offroad. it does its job proud, its MASSIVE though as it can take them until they are 5.

The best thing is to go to a big baby store and really try them out.

I will have to say, i had to get a larger car to fit a double puchchair in. The only one that would fit in a normal car is the 1st ones with the umbrella fold.

hope that helps a little
