If one more person looks at my bump and says how long have you got left and when I say over 3 months ,and then they laugh and say you're gonna be huge by the end, I swear to God I am gonna hit them in the gob

oops sorry...wanted to add, that i get equally annoyed when people say i am small for twins! guess i am never happy lol

I'm due 7th sept, but don't know if I am going to make it to then. I feel like a beached whale already and am uncomfortable now, and I have another 7 weeks to go before I leave work. When are you due? We're pretty much at the same stage looking at your ticker.

lol...i am due sept 7 as well. my 40 week date is sept 21, but my doctor said with twins to take two weeks off. i am guessing sept 7 is your 40 week date, but yes we are close. i have been very fortunate that friday last week, was my last day of work. my doctor wrote a note so i am on sick leave for 15 weeks (or until babies are born) then my full year of maternity leave will kick in. i feel better not working but already (this is only my third day off) notice boredom and time going much more slowly. just cant wait to get to the point where i know babies would be fine if they were born as i am a paranoid nervous wreck! how is this part of your pregnancy going?

hi im 30 weeks on sunday and im tiny for having twins. not a single person has even asked if im pregnant or when im due lol it does annoy me a bit but then i dont want to be massive at the end because im already so uncomfortable. im having identical girls and having so much trouble thinking of names. my dd suggested weirdo and cuddles (she is 2) but i dont think ill go for those lol i think theyve had a growth spurt this week as my stomache is rock hard and itchy and the kicks feel kinda sharp and sometimes painful. only 6 weeks until i get to meet them woohoo

aww are you having them at 36week then?? ill be meeting mine in 4 week and it still seems unreal.... as i already have a daughter its weird knowing these will be my daughters too...i cant blady wait tho, my ribs are killing me!!! x x x

Yeah, 7 Sept is my 40 week date, I had a midwife appt today and did ask if we could talk about the birth but she said it is still to early and that I need to wait until after I have had my antenatal classes at 32 weeks. But I got the results today of my blood tests taken last week and I have a slightly inflated bile result, which they haven't said is obsteric chlastics (sp?) but I have to go back in 2 weeks for the test to be repeated and with twin 2 still showing as small on the scans (I am now having growth scans every 3 weeks) I reckon there it is only a small chance that I'll make it to 40 weeks.

I felt fine until about 2 weeks ago but since then because of the itching and the uncertainty over OH job (he may be made redundant) I am not sleeping to well. In fact I came home from work early today and have called in sick for tomorrow. But I am on holiday next week. Yay.

How are you getting on?

sorry to hear about hubbys work...hope all works out. what is obsteric chlastics? i will have to google it.
i see my doctor again june 15 then every two weeks after that. i was not aloud to use a midwife as twin pregnancies are considered high risk. i have been feeling pretty good overall....specially now i am done work. what a difference. i actually went and did a water aquafit class today and it was awesome. my doctor said she would not let me go past 39 weeks but hopefully i will make it as close to that as possible. also after 28 weeks i will have to go to hopsital once a week for stress test (?) where they hook you up for an hour to see how babies are doing and look for warning signs of early labour, at least i think that is why lol. that is a standard procedure here with twins.
its funny some of the kicking going on inside is geting a little sore...more shocking then painful...almost like they kick a nerve, so it can get annoying, yet when they are qiuet i panick. i feel like such a worry wart

awww how exciting!! 3 week to go now for me...and im pooping it!!! im still not 100% sure i got everything i need! im sure ive missed loads of things! (which i probably havent, just paranoid!) i just cant wait to see their tiny little faces and everythiiiiiing!!
